Collaborative Law is a process which takes the divorce out of the courtoom and puts it in the hands of the parties. The parties each hire a family law attorney that is trained in Collaborative Law. This is the team approach which includes a mental health professional that usually runs the team meetings and could also include a financial expert if needed. The parties and their “team” work at their own pace without time limits set by the Court, to reach a fair and just settlement agreement.
Leigh Ann Schenk is trained in Collaborative Law so contact Leigh Ann today.
